Return Policy – Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating a return. Your purchase with us implies your agreement to adhere to these terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be in unused, undamaged, and its original condition, including the original packaging, freebies, accessories, and undetached MRP tags.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order ID and provide a detailed description of the issue.
  • Upon approval of your return request, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The buyer must send the product back via a tracked Speed Post or Courier service, with return shipping charges borne by the buyer.

4. Buyer’s Responsibility:

  • If an incorrect item is purchased or if the buyer changes their mind, returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense.
  • Post-delivery cancellations incur a 20% deduction on incurred costs, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyers must provide a complete and accurate address, along with a verified contact number and email ID.
  • Address or order changes must be requested before dispatch to avoid additional courier charges.

5. Refund/Replacement Process:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only upon receiving the returned item in proper condition.
  • No refund or replacement will be provided if the buyer misuses the return policy by sending an old, used item in return for a new item.
  • If an incompatible or incorrect product is purchased, a 20% deduction on incurred costs will be applied.
  • For post-delivery cancellations, return postage is paid by the buyer.

6. Delayed Shipments:

  • In case of a shipping delay due to unavailability of stock or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via email.

7. Inspection Upon Return:

  • The returned product will be inspected for signs of misuse, scratches, or dents.
  • If the returned item is found to be exchanged with an old, incorrect, or used product, the processing of your refund or replacement may be withheld, and appropriate action will be taken.

8. Communication:

  • Buyers are encouraged to communicate any address or order changes before dispatch to avoid additional charges.
  • Shipping delays will be communicated via email.

9. Return Postage:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Deduction for Cancellations: – For post-delivery cancellations, a 20% deduction on incurred costs, including delivery, packaging, and processing, will apply.

11. Updates to the Return Policy: – We reserve the right to update and modify our return policy at any time.
