Return Policy

Returns Policy:- provides returns policy under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by us to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

(Report faulty item within 24 hours of receiving the product, if in-transit damaged is detected from the packaging, make short video of unpackaging as a proof). In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through email. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, return window is closed. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Returns Pick-Up is only valid if it is not wrong purchase, if wrong purchase is determined the buyer will have to send the item back to us on his own and if exchange is available then we will exchange free of cost if not then refund will be given after deducting 25% from the total amount. In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct ProductIMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused ProductThe product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged ProductThe product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingProduct’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return

In certain cases where is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

Reverse pickup Conditions Report faulty item within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will arrange for reverse pickup with the 7 days order received date.

If reverse pickup service is not available then buyer has to send it back by Speed post and send us the scan copy of Speed Post receipt for amount reimbursement.

In case Buyer buys wrong item then we are not responsible for reverse pickup.

Buyer has to ship item back to us on his own cost for exchange or refund.

Reverse pickup will be done only in case of any manufacturing defects of the product.

No reverse Pickup for reasons like not wanted, wrong purchase, changed his mind etc.

Replacement or Refund will be done only once we get an item back to us. In case buyer sends his or her old item or wrong item in return then Product amount will not be refunded and replacement will be issued only after buyer send us the correct item and pays for to and from shipping charges including reverse pickup charges.

No Reverse Pickup Service after 7 days of the order received date. Buyer has to send it to our address at their own cost.

Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product’s original packaging/freebies and accessories). The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.

Cancellation Policy – COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, you must notify within 30 minutes of placing the order if you decide to cancel your order by phone or email, preferably by email, and quote your order number.
As after that your order will be processed and a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable.

Covid-19 Disclaimer:

We are giving priority to items that our Customers need most. If your Location is not serviceable then we will refund you but if it is wrong purchase or incompatibility issue or in any case other than area not serviceable, we would be unable to issue refund unless and until the item is received back by the returns department. Buyer is responsible to send the item back in this Covid-19 situation

Therefore, we highly recommend to compare the image provided on the product page with your old laptop part and most importantly has exact laptop model number in the product description and purchase only if it is an exact match in the image as well as description page of the product. As in this pandemic, if an incompatible product or wrong product is purchased or post-delivery cancellation is required, we can only refund or replace your item after the item has been received by us in proper conditions with 20% deduction on the cost of delivery, packaging, processing etc. incurred to us. Buyer pays the return postage

Staying in line with the current lockdown in various parts of the country, there will be a delay in delivering your orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible, We request you to bear with us in this challenging situation.

Cash on Delivery / COD / Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

For Returns like Wrong Purchase, not wanted or required, change of mind or any reason for buyer fault in purchase we will refund after 25% deduction from actual amount
