Specific conditions where returns/replacements may be rejected:
- If your Request for replacement/refunds/exchange is being made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
- If your product is not in its original condition.
- If Product was damaged after use/opening.
- If Original packaging, original manufacturer tags and accessories are missing.
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Condition of Return:
1. Is it important that the product is sent back in its original packaging?
Yes, product should be sent back along with their original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box.
2. Is there a time frame within which I have to notify Rega IT about return/replacement?
If you want to return or exchange any product, you must have to contact us within 48 hour of receiving the product.
3.Will I have to pay any charges for the returns/replacement?
In case of return buyer has to pay shipping charges and send it back on its own, in case of refund amount will be credit within 30 days after making a 25% deduction from actual amount
Cash on Delivery / COD / Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
We do not have reverse pickup Facility.
Process for return and refund
You just have to call on 0120-4150033 or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hour of receiving the product, for register a complaint you will must provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID.
Our customer care team will inform you by email once your refund complaint is processed, a refund is processed based on the mode of payment. If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and will feature in the following monthly billing statement. If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
